Just been watching a channel 5 documentary…

Whitney Houston…

What a mess!

 

But with a thriving career

Fame money and stardom how the hell!?

 

I’ve met, coached and heard from plenty of successes…

But deep down many can be weak…

 

They’re successful robust exterior is nothing but a mask

Because the way their health, body and fitness feel is rock bottom to them

And no amount of Moët, nice clothes and b.m’s can change this

 

Right to the stage where it makes them DEPRESSED

 

But these people usually have a serious issue…

Cos they’ve succeeded themselves in all other ways

They think their fitness health and body is unavoidable

(Hell they’ve done so awesome in everything else this failure can’t be their fault or in their control)

 

Well it is their fault and they control all of it

 

Most people’s challenge with making the initial step and success transforming their body for performance in all aspects of life is…

 

Acceptance its your problem

Your issue

Your fault

Your responsibility to change

 

Sounds so simple but can’t tell you how often I’ve seen this in the past

‘I’m not getting stronger or quicker’

But they lift with not enough effort or sound technique

 

‘I don’t get why I’m not losing fat’

But they’re still boozing it up regularly

They’re the 9 to 5 good eater

 

Your biggest step firstly isn’t the exercise, the programme…

It’s accepting this is what YOU have to do

And embracing it with 100% honesty
