Sounds like a load of blabber doesn’t?

But wait, I have a surprising fact to share!

 

Ever tried to just change loads of things at once?

 

Particularly with nutrition?

 

You cut carbs

Stop the malteasers

Drink only water

Eat 6 times a day

Stop drinking

 

My man George Catchpole

Said himself today…
