So today CP team member Emma had her skinfolds took
(to determine body fat % accurately)
The first thing she said when I asked her how she was?
Now that might seem mad, as you might think such a thing is nerve wracking
BUT, she had trained hard, week in week out…
Kept her myfitnesspal nutrition log up to date
And kept her nutrition consistently spot on!
So what would there be to worry about?
No surprises then when she recorded a pure body fat loss over 7 kgs/15 lbs from when first started
Plus a maintenance of her lean body mass, the good weight
She’s changed her body composition the healthy way, not by turning into a frail bag of bones
But one thing to note…
She has 4 kids (including a baby)…
Runs her own start up business….
And has had plenty of stress along the way

Sure, I know its tough, I’ve made my fair share of excuses over the years but…
Once again proof, that despite the challenges thrown at you, genuine results are there…
As long as you can free yourself of the excuses you create
