2-3 months ago we spoke…
He wanted to really shift and shake off the body fat
And have a level of fitness which he could thrive with…
Mainly to play recreational footie and to feel and look superior

Before joining us he went to the gym and did his own thing
Weights (when the ego’s weren’t there) and a load of cardio
His efforts weren’t giving him return on his investment
Lots of time in the gym, with no change in his body
Despite being a quieter guy, he did something…

He got going, and has kept going…

Trained right, lived right, and done everything we’ve informed him (SIMPLE things)
And since Saturday has lost 5kg/11lbs body fat and gained 2kg/4.4lbs in muscle mass

Nothing kills human achievement more than lack of action
