When I opened the C.P training centre

I would have loved 100 members

A whacking salary

4 hour work days and weekends off

 

Fact is you can’t expect instant success

Genuine achievement takes working and dedication to the processes over time

 

Take DROPPING FAT and getting LEANER:

 

Geeky science which me and coach ed like shows:

 

Training to shed fat means no significant change in body weight for typically 2 weeks

(You lose fat but this is off set by early improvements in lean mass)

With really big gains taking many weeks more..

 

But for most people they give up

Throw the toys out the pram

 

The same with getting stronger, quicker, more athletic too…

 

And let’s be fair

If two weeks is all your willing to commit to something

Then your mind set is wrong

Would you expect to learn to play the guitar like Eric Clapton in two weeks?

 

Give your body time to adjust

See beyond weight and consider composition

 

That’s why we skinfold test all our team members with this goal REGULARLY

Also why I’m totally honest when I sit down in an initial strategy session with prospective new team members…

Quote ‘We’re good, but were not that good that you’ll achieve in a few sessions, no one is!’
