Putting together your training is often like Ikea Furniture…

If you’ve ever assembled ‘Kurt, Khok’ or any other of the madly named Swedish furniture pieces you should know…

It’s a nightmare

 

The instructions are basic, just images…

And you end up with stuff everywhere after hours of effort

Zero structure

 

Does this resemble your approach training and nutrition?

 

You have a very vague plan made up of exercises and ‘stuff’

Some random sets, reps, work and rest periods

And then like your Swedish masterpiece ‘Bhark’…

It all falls apart

 

If so, no worries, as you are like 99.9% of people

Well number 1, recognise you have no structure and clear plan

This isn’t how you would work in your career to be a success is it?

Only include things which DEFINITELY achieve this

Why waste time doing things which achieve diddly squat?

In other words, create the plan

 

Where are you starting and how will you progress this

(progressive overload)

How will you assess progress?

Don’t guess, instead assess
