I’m hungry…

 

Yep I’ve had a busy morning

Coaching and travelling around Solihull and Birmingham…

 

And now the hungers kickin’ in

I could now eat a moose

 

Which is my own stupid fault

As I should have had a snack earlier

 

And here’s where the simple fix is

 

Hunger is a response

And rather than think of ways

to handle this response….

 

Just simply avoid the response happening

 

Why?

 

  1. Cos’ your less likely to eat the forbidden fruit
  2. You will be maintaining more energy
  3. And maximising the effect of your training

 

So I ate breakfast and 4 hours went by

I should of ate around 3 hours in

A convenient snack

(nuts, meat, seeds, olives, protein, cheese)

 

But I didn’t and now my body

has gone into shock!

Which means I have to quench ‘urges’

 

Lesson learned

Stop the urges by not letting them get there in the first place!

 

Do not miss snacks

Don’t wait to feel hungry

 

This is the advice I’ve recently given

to one of our team members

And its worked a treat (1kg lost in 7 days)
