Its Sunday, I’ve held back on my morning coffee for this moment…

I’m queueing up at one of the many West Midlands Costa’s just outside of Birmingham

A problem though

 

The queue is 10 people deep and theres nowhere for Claire and Oliver to sit down

Orders are getting messed up and my anxiety levels are about to erupt!

 

And the problem is a classic which is the same with training and nutrition…

 

There’s just not enough STRUCTURE…

 

It’s the same as going to training with only a vague training plan in your head (or non)

Performing your exercises wrong…

Deciding last minute everything you’re going to eat

 

This is your recipe for a poor performing, dysfunctional and ZERO results training programme

One which won’t particularly make you stronger or fitter to boost physical performance and health

Nor give you great results with loosing body fat around the abdominals

 

So just how do you change this?

 

What can YOU DO?

 

Every training session needs a pre thought out plan, which fits in with what you want to achieve

Otherwise you’re doing the equivalent of studying for the wrong exam  

The exercises, the sets, the reps, the work and rest periods

 

Your nutrition needs general structure…

I’m not talking an inflexible, unrealistic plan which doesn’t cater for being out and about

But one which fits in with the calorie and nutrient intake you need…

When do you eat?

If you’re not making something up, where can you buy from which has things you like?

 

This is why when we worked in professional sport, results were so attainable…
