Now before boring you to death by taking you back to high school pysics
When you strength train do you actually know the processes you need, to see results?
So various things occur, but theres one biggie…
When you exercise what happens to your muscle?
Its shortens, lengthens and creates force
These 3 ingredients are the same as the eggs, milk and heat in your omelette
The combination of these create something called mechanical transduction
Now you don’t need to know this term, BUT you do need to know this…
Without significant shortening and lengthening of a muscle (range of motion)
Without significant control (technique)
And significant resistance (effort)
You won’t be maximising this process which drives your results and gains in strength
So short and sweet today…
