No doubt you may have heard about the famous scientific study, with children and pretzels!?

They could get their preferred pretzel by waiting a little time, or the less preferred pretzel if they didn’t wait
The interesting thing though, was they found in later life the kids who showed discipline, patience and focus, not gobbling the inferior option, ended up being more determined, persistent and relentless later in life
This illustrates beautifully the human mindset to training, gyms, fitness, fat loss, you name it!
