I shouldn’t be doing this

But I’m writing today’s email in a queue…

At a coffee shop

(Not said establishment you may think)

 

As I have a feeling my Americano

may take a similar time to be made

as it does to grow the beans in Columbia

 

Anyhow!…

To help you get to grip with the thing

I see people do technically wrong the most when training

 

This is so important to you…

I coach it almost every session I coach at C.P, Solihull

 

Plus it means you won’t end up pulling your back

And your hips, buttocks, ass, glutes will benefit far more!

 

Whatever exercise you do on your legs

Which requires you to lift something up…

 

Lunging

Squating

Deadlifting

 

Even though your lifting up the weight

DO NOT think about lifting up with your hips

 

INSTEAD think about

Pushing your hips down and through as your knees extend to lift your body

 

If you don’t

You’ll end up like those people at the gym

who you cringe at as they lift…

as it looks like their back will split in two!
